We repair all major brands. Samsung is by a wide margin the brand we service most often in Ottawa, with LG second. GE, Frigidaire, Electrolux and Whirlpool are all common behind them, and we also regularly repair KitchenAid, Maytag and Bosch.
Yes, and dishwashers make up a noticeably larger share of our Ottawa workload than they do across Ontario generally - close to one repair in five here. Refrigerators are still our most common call overall, followed by dishwashers and ranges, then washers and dryers. Our technicians work on built-in and portable dishwashers from every major brand.
Yes. Every Boreal repair is backed by a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty, so you're covered if the same issue returns.
Some compressors carry a manufacturer parts warranty of up to five years. If yours qualifies, Boreal can handle the manufacturer paperwork - we'll just need a copy of your original bill of sale to confirm coverage. You still pay for diagnosis and labour; this covers the qualifying part only.
