Boreal charges a flat $129.95 diagnostic fee to identify the problem, then provides a transparent quote before any repair work begins. You approve the price before we proceed - no surprises.
We repair all major brands. In the Kelowna area, the brands we service most often are Samsung, Frigidaire, LG, GE, and Electrolux - but we also regularly repair Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, and Bosch.
Refrigerators are our most common repair in Kelowna, followed by ranges, dishwashers, washers, and dryers.
Yes. Every Boreal repair is backed by a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty, so you're covered if the same issue returns.
Some compressors carry a manufacturer parts warranty of up to five years. If yours qualifies, Boreal can handle the manufacturer paperwork - we'll just need a copy of your original bill of sale to confirm coverage. You still pay for diagnosis and labour; this covers the qualifying part only.
