Boreal charges a flat $129.95 diagnostic fee to identify the problem, then provides a transparent quote before any repair work begins. You approve the price before we proceed - no surprises.
We repair all major brands. In the Burnaby & New Westminster area, the brands we service most often are Samsung, GE, Frigidaire, LG, and Electrolux - but we also regularly repair Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, and Bosch.

Yes. Every Boreal repair is backed by a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty, so you're covered if the same issue returns.
Some compressors carry a manufacturer parts warranty of up to five years. If yours qualifies, Boreal can handle the manufacturer paperwork - we'll just need a copy of your original bill of sale to confirm coverage. You still pay for diagnosis and labour; this covers the qualifying part only.
