We repair all major brands. In Hamilton, Samsung is by far the brand we service most often, with Frigidaire, GE and LG all close behind, and we also regularly repair Electrolux, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, Bosch and Jenn-Air.
Yes. Built-in appliances are a regular part of our work in Hamilton, and we see more wall oven repairs here than in most other areas we serve. These repairs often need a specific manufacturer part rather than a generic one, and we source through established manufacturer relationships. Refrigerators remain our most common repair overall, followed by washers, ranges, dishwashers and dryers.
Yes. Every Boreal repair is backed by a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty, so you're covered if the same issue returns.
Some compressors carry a manufacturer parts warranty of up to five years. If yours qualifies, Boreal can handle the manufacturer paperwork - we'll just need a copy of your original bill of sale to confirm coverage. You still pay for diagnosis and labour; this covers the qualifying part only.
