Boreal charges a flat $129.95 diagnostic fee to identify the problem, then provides a transparent quote before any repair work begins. You approve the price before we proceed - no surprises.
We repair all major brands. Samsung is the brand we service most often in the Kingston area, with Frigidaire, GE, LG, Electrolux and Whirlpool all common behind it. We also regularly repair Maytag, KitchenAid and Bosch.
Yes. Close to a quarter of the repairs our technicians complete in this area are outside the city itself - in Napanee, Amherstview, Bath, Odessa and Gananoque, in Brockville and the Thousand Islands communities, and on rural properties in the townships north and east of Kingston. Refrigerators are our most common repair overall, followed by washers, ranges and dishwashers.
Yes. Every Boreal repair is backed by a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty, so you're covered if the same issue returns.
Some compressors carry a manufacturer parts warranty of up to five years. If yours qualifies, Boreal can handle the manufacturer paperwork - we'll just need a copy of your original bill of sale to confirm coverage. You still pay for diagnosis and labour; this covers the qualifying part only.
