What these numbers do and do not mean. Repair volume follows the installed base. The number of LG repairs we complete tracks how many LG appliances were sold in Canada over the past decade and more, so a brand with fewer units in Canadian kitchens shows a smaller number here. That is a measure of how many were sold. It says nothing about how often they fail or how well they were built.
How we count. Completed in-home repair jobs recorded by our technicians between January 2020 and September 2026. Parts figures cover genuine LG parts used on those jobs, net of returns. All figures are rounded down.
